eWaiver - Quick, easy and submits directly to HOA
Prior to entry and use of House of Air's Indoor Trampoline Park ALL PARTICIPANTS AND BYSTANDERS must complete a waiver. In our continuous desire to improve our processes and become more environmentally friendly House of Air has moved to an online "paperless" waiver. Our new online waiver allows us to reduce our overall impact on mother nature and eliminates the need to print thousands of paper waivers weekly.

New Waiver Required for All Flyers
Starting January 1st, all flyers will require new waiver signed by a Parent or Legal Guardian. This new e-waiver is online now. Starting January 1st, old waivers will no longer be accepted!
Paper / Printable Waiver - Single Use
Although we would prefer you used our eWaiver (ABOVE), we understand there is occasionally the need to print out our waiver and hand it off to another parent. Note "paper" waivers are only valid for a single visit. See below for our printable waiver.
